1. This role has been created due to an internal promotion
2. Lead the relevant subsidiary finance team in the preparation and review of timely and accurate consolidated monthly management accounts and statutory accounts
3. Participate in the financial management of the subsidiary businesses by preparing for and attending subsidiary management and board meetings
4. Provide technical guidance and leadership throughout the finance team on complex accounting and tax matters.
