The Hilcroft Hotel is recruiting a Food & Beverage Duty Manager to work within our busy Events & One O Eight Restaurant.
The ideal candidate will have previous Restaurant & Events experience with a focus on customer service, staff training and sales.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the bar and food service
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction
- Train and supervise Food & Beverage Staff
- Create and maintain a positive work environment
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations between the bar and kitchen
