We are currently recruiting for a Production Manager vacancy. This is an excellent opportunity to join us at a supervisory level in a division that drives the business forward through providing a best-in-class instrument reprocessing service to our customers.
Note: This role will involve an element of on-call in the future and currently involves working one weekend out of the month.
What You Will Do
* Be responsible for the day-to-day running of the production unit and the logistical collection and delivery of contaminated products to the site, as well as the delivery of quality sterilized products to the customer.
* Proactively lead all staff, suggesting continuous improvements, innovation, and corrective actions, and ensuring their implementation.
* Plan and schedule all production activities to meet customer specifications and requirements.
* Manage financial parameters and budgets, ensuring adherence to financial targets.
* Participate in the on-call management service to maintain emergency support for the customer.
Qualifications and Experience
Education: Degree (specify if necessary)
Required Experience:
* Leadership experience supporting teams and functions.
* Comfortable with IT tools and systems.
* Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules.
* Supervisory or management experience.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Target-oriented and able to perform under pressure.
* Detail-oriented with a good understanding of regulations and policies.
* Prioritizes health and safety.
