We have an exciting opportunity to join the Creative Support HR Team as a Data Compliance Coordinator to support employees through the Certificate of Sponsorship process and Skilled Work Visa applications. Responsibilities include supporting employees and managers on immigration, right to work, DBS checks, and monitoring probation periods.
The candidate should have experience with the Certification of Sponsorship process, strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, Outlook), and preferably experience with the UKVI Sponsor Management System (SMS). Excellent customer service skills are essential, as the role involves liaising and meeting staff members in person, over the phone, and via email.
This role offers varied, busy, and rewarding work with opportunities for development within HR. HR experience is beneficial but not mandatory, as training will be provided.
Daily tasks are primarily within Human Resources but also include supporting Head Office and local offices, managing compliance requirements, and preparing reports for senior management.
