As a Part Time Sales Advisor based in our Ilkeston branch you’ll be responsible for:
Assisting customers on the trade counter by understanding their needs and offering product recommendations.
Responding to customer enquiries via phone & email promptly and courteously, with a proactive attitude.
Completing general warehouse duties, including picking and packing orders, putting away deliveries and merchandising displays to a high standard.
This is a part time role working 20 hours per week Monday to Friday 8am - 12 noon. Once trained, you may also be required to work occasional Saturday mornings 8am - 12noon on a rotational basis.
And here’s what we’d like you to have:
Merchant or industry experience would be advantageous but not essential as full training can be provided.
A reliable team player who is happy to get involved in all areas of the branch.
Excellent communication skills and confidence interacting with customers.
Previous experience in sales or customer service is an advantage
