First Choice are recruiting a Planning Officer to join the NI Housing Executive regeneration team based in Coleraine. This role supports housing-led regeneration, land use planning, and the delivery of new social and mixed-tenure housing across Northern Ireland. Working Monday to Friday 9am-5pm with a pay rate of £16.37 p/h Key responsibilities include: Assessing land assets and supporting planning applications. Helping identify and develop housing schemes in areas of need. Carrying out site and feasibility studies, particularly in high-demand or rural areas. Providing planning advice and producing Housing Investment Plans. Working closely with local councils and stakeholders to shape sustainable communities.
