Responsibilities
1. Scheduling time; meetings, calls and admin/call preparation
2. Engaging customers through phone, Teams and email
3. Maintaining up to date records in Dynamics/BOSS365
4. Meeting and exceeding KPIs relating to expected calls and account performance
5. Promote high levels of customer satisfaction
6. Engaging with our rental operations teams and introducing them to our small business accounts
Qualifications
7. Fluency in one of; French, German, or Spanish, in addition to English, is required
8. Previous experience in Sales and/or customer service
9. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
10. High attention to detail and the ability to organise your workload
11. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
12. Time management skills

13. 40hrs per week Mon-Fri: 8.00am to 5.00pm
Salary
14. £30,000 - £33,000 dependent on experience
