What you’ll be doing as a Teaching Assistant:
* Supporting teachers with lesson prep & classroom setup
* Working 1:1 or with small groups to boost learning
* ✏️ Helping children progress academically, emotionally & socially
* Observing, recording & reporting pupil progress
* Offering care & support to children when they need it most
* Leading activities or classes under teacher guidance

You’re a great fit if you are:
* ✅ Qualified (Level 3 TA or equivalent) with UK school experience of at least a year
