ARCA Resourcing is excited to be recruiting for a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager on behalf of an innovative and rapidly growing engineering company that is revolutionising the automotive and motorsport simulator industry. With cutting-edge technology and a commitment to excellence, our client delivers state-of-the-art motion simulation solutions to high-profile customers in motorsport and vehicle development.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in delivering high-profile projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to specification. Reporting to the Programme Manager, you will own project schedules, budgets, risk management, and performance tracking, contributing directly to the success of the project portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management
* Lead and manage multiple projects to achieve milestone dates, budgets, and quality standards.
* Own project schedules and track progress, ensuring resources are forecasted and allocated efficiently.
* Monitor budgets and Estimated Cost to Completion, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
* Identify and manage risks, issues, and conflicts, providing solutions and recommendations proactively.
* Ensure project success criteria are clearly defined and communicated from the outset.
* Maintain clear, timely, and accurate communication with stakeholders and Programme Managers.
* Prepare project status updates and support executive summary reporting.
* Collaborate with partners and suppliers to ensure project objectives are met.
* Promote best practices in project management and continuous improvement.
* Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards, and promote sustainable practices.
