What you will be doing
* Provide a positive practice role model and maintain Grandir UK values.
* Ensure equality of access and opportunity for staff, parents and children.
* Supervise and support children at all times.
* Contribute to maintaining an attractive and welcoming environment.
* Prepare and supervise activities under the guidance of Level 3 qualified Practitioners.
* Read, understand and implement all company policies, procedures and operational practices.
* Notify line manager of any concerns regarding company policies.
* Maintain a positive attitude at all times with children, parents, visitors and colleagues.
* Ensure confidentiality where appropriate.
* Attend regular staff meetings, planning meetings and undertake training as required.
