Requirements To be considered for the role of Cover Supervisor (Secondary) in NEAT schools, you will need: A minimum of 6 weeks’ experience working or volunteering with young people Experience supporting students aged 11–16 A genuine desire to be part of a committed secondary education team A passion for teaching and the ability to deliver structured, engaging lessons A degree (essential) Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications.
