What you’ll be doing as Graduate Commercial Property Agent:
In this role, you’ll be involved in commercial agency, valuations, rent reviews, lease renewals, property management and investment work - covering retail, office, industrial and residential assets across Surrey and South London. You’ll work directly alongside experienced surveyors, with real client contact and real responsibility early on.
Key responsibilities:
Advising clients on the sale and leasing of commercial properties - conducting viewings, negotiating and progressing transactions.
Undertaking detailed inspections and measured surveys across a wide range of commercial types.
Assisting with rent reviews and lease renewals on behalf of landlord and tenant clients.
Conducting and assisting with valuations for a variety of purposes, including market appraisal, investment and secured lending.
Supporting management activities, including tenant relations, maintenance coordination and financial management.
Carrying out market research and analysis to inform investment decisions.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring a professional, responsive and expert service at all times.
Keeping up to date with RICS requirements, market trends and industry developments.
What we’re looking for in a Graduate Commercial Property Agent:
A degree in Real Estate, Property Management or a closely related discipline.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including report writing.
Good analytical and research skills with a high level of attention to detail.
A proactive, client-focused attitude and genuine interest in commercial property.
The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a small, close-knit team.
Full UK driving licence and own vehicle — you’ll be out visiting properties and clients regularly.
IT literate and comfortable working with data.
