Job Title: Accounts Assistant
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Assistant to support the finance department in managing daily accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will assist with bookkeeping, financial record-keeping, invoice processing, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
* Process and record invoices, payments, and receipts
* Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
* Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
* Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
* Prepare and update financial spreadsheets and reports
* Support month-end and year-end closing processes
* Assist with payroll processing (if applicable)
* Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments
* Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
* Provide administrative support to the finance team
