£32,983 per annum
Monday to Friday, 6:30am - 2:30pm

What You'll Do
* Lead and inspire a kitchen team of 8, serving up to 250 customers
* Deliver high-quality, sustainable meals across breakfast, lunch, and dinner
* Plan menus, manage stock, and ensure food and safety compliance (HACCP, COSHH, Natasha's Law)
* Support our journey to net zero by 2030
* Maintain cost control and drive food sales with innovative ideas
* Create a welcoming kitchen culture focused on development and excellence
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in a similar Head Chef role, ideally in contract catering
* Excellent culinary and presentation skills
* Strong leadership with a progressive mindset
* Sound knowledge of food safety, allergens, budgeting, and stock control
* Passionate about fresh, quality food and customer satisfaction
