Salary: OTE £65,000 per annum.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)
* Advising clients on mortgage and protection products
* Managing leads generated from the estate agency team
* Providing excellent customer service and tailored financial solutions
* Cross‑selling protection and other financial products
* Ensuring compliance and accurate record‑keeping
* Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience)
* Experience as a Mortgage Advisor
* Fully CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified
* Proficiency with mortgage‑specific software
* Proven sales performance and cross‑selling ability
* Professional, articulate, and well‑presented
* Strong communication and rapport‑building skills
* Self‑motivated and target‑driven
* Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
* Full UK driving licence
