The Role
* Lead and manage internal and external sales teams, providing coaching, guidance, and performance evaluations.

* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize commercial processes, mitigate risks, and enhance overall business performance.
* Lead negotiations with clients, partners, and suppliers to secure favorable terms.
* Monitor performance and optimize commercial opportunities.
* Collaborate with internal teams to identify and engage stakeholders.
* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.
* Build and maintain relationships with key clients and customers.
* Determine pricing strategies balancing profitability and market competitiveness.
* Lead contract negotiations to ensure favorable terms.
* Monitor product performance, analyze customer feedback, and recommend improvements.
* Manage budgets related to sales, marketing, and business development.

Package on offer: £75K-80K salary plus bonus.
