Overview
Our client, a leading global organisation with a strong presence across multiple regions, is seeking an HR Project Manager to join their HR Operations function.
The HR Project Manager will play a pivotal role in delivering high-profile, people-related projects across the business. The role requires a blend of project management expertise, stakeholder engagement, and strong organisational skills. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, to a high standard, and with clear communication across all levels of the organisation.
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a portfolio of HR projects, ensuring successful delivery within agreed timelines and scope.
* Own cyclical HR activities end-to-end, maintaining accurate trackers and anticipating milestones well in advance.
* Act as a trusted point of contact for senior HR stakeholders and external vendors, providing updates and advice.
* Develop and implement communication strategies to keep stakeholders engaged and informed.
* Facilitate and coordinate high-profile HR meetings, preparing materials, capturing actions, and ensuring follow-up.
* Monitor project risks and issues, proactively resolving or escalating where required.
* Use data and analytics to influence decision-making, track project outcomes and inform reporting.
* Identify and drive opportunities to streamline processes, automate manual tasks and improve HR service delivery.
* Support additional HR service initiatives and business change projects
About you
* Experience in an HR Shared Service environment, ideally within a large and complex organisation.
* Strong HR operations background, including managing detailed and complex processes.
* Demonstrated ability to manage projects within an HR context.
* Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise competing deliverables.
* Confident communication skills and the ability to work with senior stakeholders.
* Proven ability to influence, resolve issues and support effective decision-making.
