We’re hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead hiring across Sales and Go-to-Market roles, specifically Field Sales.

Fluency in both French and English is essential, and fintech experience is a strong advantage.

* Manage end-to-end recruitment across Sales & GTM functions (e.g. Field sales, SDRs etc)
* Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and business leaders
* Source top-tier talent using creative, multi-channel strategies
* Deliver a world-class candidate experience from first contact to offer
* Continuously improve hiring processes and employer branding efforts
🔍 What You’ll Bring:
* 4+ years’ experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally with a focus on Sales hiring in fintech or scaling tech companies
* Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken)
* Strong sourcing skills across both passive and active talent pools
* Confident managing stakeholders independently and influencing hiring outcomes
* Proactive, organised, and outcome-driven with a collaborative mindset
