We are a remote-first, high-growth team valuing Professionalism, Innovation, Collaboration, Expertise, and Passion. We are currently scaling to reach our next tier as a monday.com Gold Partner, and we need a hands‑on, creative Marketing Associate to help us build the brand engine that powers that growth.


The Opportunity: Impact Over Bureaucracy

If you are tired of being a 'cog in the machine' where your creative ideas die in committee meetings, this is the role for you.

* Direct Influence: You will work directly with the Founder/CEO, gaining visibility into how a consultancy grows. You won’t just execute the playbook; you will help write it.
* Strategic Variety: You will gain a 'consultant’s eye,' seeing how marketing drives revenue across multiple sectors, rather than being siloed into one tiny function.


Your Performance-Based Career Roadmap

We provide a transparent path to seniority and strategic ownership based on consistent performance:

* Marketing Associate → Marketing Executive: Consistently hit execution KPIs (content output, event support, social engagement) for 6 consecutive months.
* Marketing Executive → Marketing Manager: Demonstrate strategic initiative (e.g., proposing successful new campaigns, improving CPL) and own core channels autonomously.


The Role

Your mission is to build Authority and Trust for The SaaS JEDI. You will be the engine room of our marketing, turning our expertise into content that attracts ideal clients and supporting the sales team with high‑impact collateral.


Core Responsibilities:

* Content Engine: Repurpose technical expertise into engaging content. (Eg: Take technical insights from team members and turn it into 3 LinkedIn posts, a blog summary, and a newsletter segment).
* Social Management: Own the company social profiles. Ensure daily activity, engage with comments, and maintain a consistent 'SaaS JEDI' tone of voice.
* Marketing collateral: Develop marketing collateral for the sales and customer success teams
* Event Support: Assist with the organisation and attendance of events (online and in person), including ordering and arranging marketing collateral and merchandise.
* Marketing lists and campaigns: Manage our mailing lists (monday.com / Go High Level), ensure data hygiene, and execute email campaigns.
* AI Integration: Use AI tools to speed up research and drafting, ensuring we punch above our weight in output without losing the human touch.


About You

* Founding Mentality: You are hungry, driven, and want to help build a company. You don't wait to be told what to do; you see a gap and fill it.
* Adaptability: You are comfortable wearing multiple hats—one day you are designing a one‑pager for our website, the next you are planning an online event with the sales team to bring in new leads.
* Storyteller: You can write simple, engaging copy free of jargon. You understand that 'human‑led' content wins trust.
* Tech‑Savvy: You aren't afraid of new tools. You are ready to learn (or already know) monday.com, Canva, and AI content tools.

* Tech Stack: Access to premium tools (monday.com, LinkedIn Sales Nav, AI tools).
* Flexibility: Manage your own schedule—we focus on results, not clock‑watching.
* Location: Based within commutable distance to Guildford and London (e.g., Surrey) to attend physical events and co‑work ~once per week.
* Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a marketing, content, or administrative role.
* Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills (native-level English proficiency).
* Tech ability: Passion for using technology (such as monday or similar) including building automations to make your work easier
* Social Media: Proven ability to use social media platforms (specifically LinkedIn, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram) for business/brand awareness.
* Detail orientated: Highly organised with strong attention to detail (you don't let typos slip through).


Advantageous criteria

* Experience with monday.com or HubSpot.
* Basic graphic design skills (Canva/Adobe).
* Familiarity with AI tools for content creation (Gemini or similar).
* Experience in a B2B or Consultancy environment.
