Vice President of Field Marketing
The Vice President, Field Marketing at GBG is responsible for regional and GTM segment-specific pipeline creation via events, account-based marketing, and sales enablement. This role manages Field globally for cross-region synergy, while deploying resources efficiently to support each region individually. This is a 12 month maternity cover contract, starting from July. We're open to team members being based near Chester or London.
What you will do
* Own account-based marketing (ABM) and targeted marketing to both new business prospects and existing customers through events and more diversified channels
* Deliver longer-term market penetration and momentum, working on initiatives that may show impact over multiple quarters
* Support the GTM team on global expansion opportunities, including cross-sell campaigns and coordinating expansion across regions
* Responsible for both first-party and third-party event marketing and increasing ROI from events
* Manage a team of field marketers, ABM specialists, and external contractors to deliver campaign performance
* Measure the performance of the field marketing efforts, including pipeline and revenue impact
Skills we're looking for
* Experience leading a globally distributed team
* Strong partnership with sales teams and the broader go-to-market organization
* Familiarity with 6sense or similar ABM technologies
* Proven ability to drive ROI from events
* Expertise in process, people, and resource management, including both in-house and external contractors
