Working Hours: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday to Friday

Interaction recruitment is working with a well-established, successful company to find a proactive and dedicated Production Team Leader for their early. This hands-on role offers the opportunity to motivate a skilled warehouse team, ensure smooth operations, and contribute to continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, support, and energize a warehouse team to achieve daily production targets
* Plan daily job schedules and efficiently allocate labor resources
* Ensure materials are prepared, processed, and dispatched according to customer specifications
* Use our internal ERP system to accurately record and manage stock movements
* Promote a safe, clean, and positive working environment in line with health and safety standards
* Train and mentor team members on production best practices and safety protocols
* Inspect finished products for quality, non-conformance, and proper material condition
* Communicate effectively with other departments to maintain smooth workflow
* Keep precise records of stock levels and team activities
