Description As the Executive Assistant to the CHRO, you will: Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives. Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements efficiently. Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations. Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Maintain confidentiality and ensure sensitive information is handled appropriately. Organise and maintain office systems, files, and records. Assist in planning and executing departmental projects. Perform other secretarial and business support tasks as required.Profile A successful Executive Assistant should have: Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within an energy, engineering or construction business Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks. Professionalism and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.Job Offer You will be rewarded with an hourly rate equivalent to 50k-55k
