WB Power Services is currently recruiting for a Hire Coordinator to work in our head office, in Heanor, Derbyshire. This is a superb opportunity for a Hire Coordinator to join the business through this rapid period of growth. The business is looking for a driven and motivated Coordinator to support the team through these exciting times.

The Role
* Administration of our Hire Desk contracts and our Engineers.
* Taking internal and external calls in relation to hiring services.
* Invoicing of hire contracts and engineering labour work tasks.
* Create and control orders and administrate the subsequent works.
* Assist the team with logistical planning and product delivery.
* Generation, management, and closure of both hard and soft contract folders.
* Access and manage client web portals.
* Working on the company’s bespoke programmes (Training Provided).
The Person
* Previous Hire/Coordinator experience is desirable.
* Confident with communicating via telephone, face-to-face and email.
* Competent in using a computer for work.
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
* Resilient and tenacious in approach to work.
* The capability to deal with a variety of customers from different industries.
