You will join our significantly experienced architectural team, working within a multi-disciplinary consultancy. You will be expected to work independently, although under the direction, and with the support of the Team Manager.
You will be working on projects which include residential, master planning, education & offices.
Role and Responsibilities
1. Design & technical leadership qualities
2. Strong design and technical detailing skills – Revit experience would be beneficial
3. Ability to express ideas effectively, orally, graphically and in writing
4. Experience in preparing technical drawings packages and specifications
5. Providing a practical and methodical approach to solving problems, working to fixed budgets and working within deadlines
6. Managing planning applications, Building Regulations
7. Inspection of building work on site
8. Knowledge of UK best practice standards
9. Develop customer relationships to find additional opportunities to address their challenges
10. Assist in business development
Experience and Skills Required
Experience of working on large scale residential master planning project is desirable but not essential. Candidates must ensure the highest design quality throughout all projects and be able to work efficiently & diligently to meet deadlines whilst maintaining a strong attention to detail and maintaining high standards of work. Your talent, creativity and excellent communication skills will create wide scope for personal and career development in a dynamic and growing business.
