Rowlands Pharmacy is seeking a talented and experienced pharmacist to join our team in East Quay. As a reputable and community-oriented pharmacy chain, we are committed to providing the highest standard of care to our patients. This branch is staffed with an experienced team including a Non-Pharm Manager and four ACPTs, providing excellent service to the local community from their setting in a doctor's surgery based in a large shopping centre. Currently dispensing around 14,000 items per month, this is a busy branch. The branch also utilizes Medipac robotic distribution technology, which helps free up your time to focus on patient care.

Key Responsibilities
* Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines
* Provide medication counseling and support to patients, addressing questions and concerns
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care
* Conduct medication reviews and ensure safe medication management
* Maintain accurate patient records and manage pharmacy inventory
* Provide immunization services (where applicable)
* Offer advice on over-the-counter medications and healthcare products
* Participate in health promotion and public health initiatives
Minimum Requirements
* Registered Pharmacist with GPhC
* Proven community pharmacy experience
* Strong commitment to patient safety and care
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
* Up-to-date knowledge of pharmaceutical products and healthcare trends
* Flexible and positive problem-solving approach
