Technical Staffing Resources (TSR) are the in-house agency and master vendor for KBR who are aleading global engineering, construction, and services company.

The Opportunity
An opportunity has arisen for a Materials Management Co-ordinator to join the Maintenance Team within the site Comm-Ops Directorate. Based at Hinkley Point C and associated developments you will be part of an expanding multidiscipline team. The Material Manager Co-Ordinator is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end material requisition process, ensuring timely and accurate procurement and delivery of materials required for construction. This role involves coordinating with project managers, suppliers, catalogue teams and warehouse teams to ensure inventory needs are met. The role will primarily be focused on data accuracy and the ability for all interested parties to transact against that data.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with project managers, procurement teams, and suppliers to ensure accurate data in the digital tools operating within the HPC project
2. Own and manage the ‘Shipment Readiness Process’
3. Co-ordinate cataloguing teams across the digital tools operating within the HPC project, Fix and Maintain contract data to ensure shipment cataloguing schedules are met
4. Manage & execute transfer of data from the digital tools operating within the HPC project where required
5. Quorate member of Advanced Shipping Notice (ASN) deviation forum
6. Manage maintenance requests from ASN deviation forum
7. Govern process adherence and data quality in flows between the digital tools operating within the HPC project
8. Generate regular reports on material requisition status, outstanding orders, Non -integrated vs Integrated receipt and performance metrics.
9. Manage the cataloguing and processing of Sensitive Nuclear Information
10. Lead a team of Material Management Requestor to achieve those responsibilities
The Person
11. We are seeking an experienced technically competent Materials Management Co-Ordinator who is willing to contribute their knowledge and skills to ensure all Equipment and Materials used in the Mechanical Electrical and HVAC phase of HPC construction are accurately captured in the digital tools operating within the HPC project where required to ensure a robust end to end lifecycle management process.

12. Strong attention to detail when working with data
13. Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively share findings with stakeholders
14. A solid understanding of data sources, data organisation and storage
15. Strong IT skills, Excel, Power Point
16. Experience of working with large data sets
17. Knowledge of Power Bi
18. Experience of digital tools used in materials management
Qualifications & Experience
19. Good written and verbal communication skills
20. Previous experience of digital tools used for the management of materials from Supply Chain to installation – Enterprise Asset Management software would be an advantage
21. Previous experience of the HPC project would be an advantage
