The Business Trainee Recruitment Consultant
We are specialists across the IT Infrastructure and Technology space, and with over 15 years in the market, we have dominated our space in the UK and Europe, with three offices across London, Germany, and Austria.
The company has quickly grown to a headcount of 87, and we plan on continuing to grow and open an office in the US in the next two years, for which there are relocation opportunities available if you wish!
One thing we truly pride ourselves on is our outstanding training and development programme, as it has been recognised with multiple awards over the years. This is a 12-module based programme spanning 12 months, and lead by our specialist L&D team.
The Benefits Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Starting salary of £27.5k, rising to £30k once you hit Senior Consultant (9-12 months)
Uncapped commission structure scaling to 45% - measured quarterly and paid monthly,
12-month training and development programme (award winning!)

The Role Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Winning new clients through business development
Meeting with clients to understand their hiring priorities and USPs
Sourcing top candidates through headhunting on social networking sites
Interviewing candidates and shortlisting them for your clients
Managing the interview process from initial prep calls to handling any reservations from either side
Negotiating the best contract for your candidates
Consistently working to reach and exceed individual targets set
Enjoying the wins and earning commission!
The Requirements Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Degree educated OR a background in a fast-paced sales role
Confidence speaking with a range of high-level individuals
Financial drive and desire to earn over a basic salary
Naturally competitive and resilient
Motivated to build a long-standing and successful career
