Provide invaluable support to your stakeholders through your involvement with skills and talent mapping. Effective people management. Supporting and enabling change. Using data and insights to find evidence based solutions to problems and to make continuous improvements. About You; Qualified CIPD member Youll demonstrate sound and in-depth knowledge of the companys people policies, processes, and guidance documents across the HRD spectrum Youll be a people-person and a confident communicator. You will think broadly and recognise the bigger picture, not acting in isolation or in silo. A strong and credible foundation of core knowledge in people practice, including policy, regulation and law, workforce planning, change, performance management, employer brand, wellbeing, diversity and inclusion.
