The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Peterborough office. This role is perfect for someone ambitious, organised, and ready to grow with us. You’ll play a key role in supporting our Operations teams, ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently while working with a variety of stakeholders across the business.

What You’ll Do

* Support project delivery by managing action logs, project files, and documentation

* Liaise with groundworkers and onsite teams regarding timesheets, job packs, and queries

* Update internal systems, validate civils works, and support payroll and process administration

* Collaborate with project and commercial teams to ensure workflows are efficient and compliant

* Prepare and issue project start-up and close-out packs

* Ensure health, safety, and compliance standards are always met

What We’re Looking For

* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines

* Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)

* A proactive, can-do attitude with excellent communication skills

* Ability to engage professionally with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels

* Previous admin, project support, or coordination experience (desirable but not essential)
