Are you currently working on a service desk and looking to join a company that offers training, development, and progression? Due to recent contract wins, our client is looking to expand their support team.
As an IT Support Engineer, you'll be based in the West Lancs office for an MSP providing solutions to a range of clients. The company has recently secured new contracts and is growing its support team. The service desk manager encourages team development and promotes upskilling, offering opportunities for career progression.
Ideally, We Would Be Looking For Someone Who Has
* Previous experience in a support desk or customer-facing role
* Windows Server 10-11 OS & Desktop OS experience
* Active Directory & Azure AD
* Proven troubleshooting and diagnostic experience via logs, tickets, and reports
* Experience with RMM tools
You will work on a service desk supporting 11 engineers, resolving IT issues for external customers to ensure their businesses run smoothly. The role involves working in a busy office environment, requiring customer focus and expectation management. There is also potential to complete certifications for those willing to study.
If you have hands-on experience in a service desk environment and can hit the ground running, this could be a great opportunity for you. The right attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
