Job Title: M365 Purview Lead
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Data Governance Analyst to join our team at Mph-Mph UK Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing data governance frameworks, compliance measures, and policy configurations using M365 Purview. This role is crucial in ensuring that our data management practices align with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures using M365 Purview.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
* Monitor and assess data quality and integrity across various data sources.
* Configure and manage data classification and labeling within M365 Purview.
* Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to data governance policies.
* Provide training and support to staff on data governance best practices and M365 tools.
* Assist in the development of data stewardship roles and responsibilities.
* Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes related to data governance and compliance.
Mandatory Skills:
* Proficiency in M365 Suites of Products, particularly M365 Purview.
* Strong understanding of data governance frameworks and compliance regulations.
* Experience in data management and data quality assessment.
* Ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills:
* Familiarity with data privacy laws such as GDPR and CCPA.
* Experience with data visualization tools and reporting.
* Knowledge of data architecture and data modeling concepts.
* Understanding of cloud data storage solutions and security practices.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Data Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
* Relevant certifications in data governance or compliance are a plus.
