What does the role of Service Manager involve?
1. Ensure all warranty and repair work adheres to both manufacturer and company standards
2. Manage the Service department’s budgets, accounts and costs, whilst maximising efficiency and profitability via labour sales, parts and materials
3. Review pricing policies and ensure appropriate legislation is adhered to
4. Lead your Service Team, motivating and coaching to over-achieve targets and KPIs
