We are seeking a Senior Product & Services Performance Manager to lead and be accountable for the performance management of sustainability services and products across the UK & Ireland portfolio. The role sets the standard for performance governance, ensuring services are delivered consistently to contract scope, KPIs, financial targets and customer expectations. We are looking for an experienced performance leader who can translate complex sustainability performance data into clear, decision-ready insight. By providing strong oversight, assurance and leadership, the role enables operational teams and senior leaders to take informed action, protect margin, manage risk and continuously improve sustainability outcomes.
Responsibilities
* Line manage and support the Product Performance Manager team, setting clear objectives, priorities and expectations.
* Lead and oversee performance management of sustainability services and products across the contract portfolio.
* Hold direct responsibility for end-to-end performance management of the largest sustainability contract, acting as senior performance lead and escalation point.
* Provide oversight and assurance of sustainability performance across all other contracts, identifying trends, underperformance and emerging risks.
* Identify performance risks, delivery issues and data gaps early, ensuring timely escalation and effective management.
* Coordinate and manage programme-level sustainability activity where Programme Manager roles are not in place.
* Set and maintain standardised sustainability performance frameworks, templates, processes and reporting expectations.
* Ensure sustainability performance data is accurate, timely, validated and auditable, working with operational and data teams as required.
Qualifications
* Experience managing sustainability services, performance management or service-led delivery in complex operational environments.
* Proven experience of leading and developing teams, including setting priorities and managing performance.
* Strong experience working with KPI frameworks, reporting cycles and performance management processes.
* High data literacy with strong attention to detail and ability to assure data accuracy and integrity.
* Ability to translate performance data into clear, practical insight for non-technical audiences.
* Confidence working with a wide range of stakeholders across operations, functions and senior leadership.
