I am working with a well regarded national firm looking to grow its Property Litigation team in Manchester, with opportunities at both Associate and Senior Associate level.
This role sits within a specialist team with a strong focus on housing and residential leasehold work. You will act for a range of clients including housing associations, local authorities and landlords, advising on a variety of property disputes and tenancy management issues.
The work will include a mix of landlord and tenant disputes, leasehold matters (including service charges and enfranchisement), and broader asset management issues. There is also scope to get involved in more strategic advisory work around housing management and development schemes.
You will be given responsibility appropriate to your level, with the opportunity to develop your expertise in a growing and well supported team. More senior candidates will also have the chance to supervise junior lawyers and play a role in client relationships.
