Your Role Main Purpose ofthe Job
Manage your team toensure all work is delivered safely and to a high standard
Manage the relationship with the onsitecustomer; provide fantastic service
Manage yourschedules to ensure work is delivered on time
Your job willinclude:
* Promote safeworking. Lead by example and ensure all work is undertaken safelyand in accordance with Company and Customer policies andprocedures.
* Lead motivate and inspire yourteam to deliver fantastic service. Seek opportunities to impressthe customer and win additional work.
* Provideclear direction to your team. Drive productivity efficiency andhigh standards of work. Proactively monitor standards andperformance.
* Take responsibility for managingthe whole employee lifecycle within your team fromrecruitment/induction to departure. Manage performance concernsprofessionally with HR support where necessary.
* Encourage and support personal developmentwithin your team. Plan for succession.
* Developand maintain relationships with the onsite customer withauthenticity and honesty. Provide clear communication before duringand after work (verbal/written/in person).
* Work collaboratively with the Service Hub teamto ensure all work (both PPM and reactive) is effectively scheduledin advance of it being due. Proactively inform customers of anyschedule changes.
* Manage delivery costsresponsibly. Do not take short cuts that could impact safety orstandards.
* Ensure that all fleet and equipmentat yours (and your teams) disposal is managed responsibly. Lead byexample.
* Support the Companys growth strategyand Sales department by undertaking site surveys and preparingaccurate quotations when required.
* Be anexpert in Company policies procedures and systems and those of theCustomers you service.
* Prepare and submittimely written reports and attend internal/external meetings asrequired.
* Demonstrate teamwork and share bestpractice. We are at our best when we work together
Requirementsof the role:
* Relevantexperience in a similar role demonstrating a successful trackrecord in service delivery exceeding budget client relationshipsand managing significant growth
* IOSHqualification would be beneficial
* Excellent ITskills to include: Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook
* Full clean drivinglicence
