Description
* Preparation of financial models and forecasts to support corporate finance projects.
* Conduct financial analysis to assess business performance and opportunities.
* Support the preparation of presentations and reports for stakeholders.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data for financial assessments.
* Participate in due diligence processes and evaluate potential investments or acquisitions.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and industry developments.
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
* Provide support in business valuations and strategic planning initiatives.
Profile
You will have at least 12 months of corporate finance experience, held at a boutique or accounting firm. Ideally you will hold an accounting qualification.
Job Offer
Uncapped bonus on top of a competitive salary up to £58,000.
