Class 1 Driver - Days
Location: Stowmarket - IP14 2QU
Shifts: Monday to Friday starting from 6am, shifts lasting between 8 and 12 hours
Pay Rate: £16 per hour, Overtime paid at £24 per hour

We are looking for dedicated Class 1 Drivers to join our team at our Stowmarket site on a temp to perm basis, for the right candidate.
Our client is a third-party provider of transportation and logistics services that offers a range of services from, Drayage, Global freight forwarding & Full truckload transport. The company is committed to environmental sustainability and works with customers to create action plans to reduce emissions.
What you'll do on a typical day:
* Single drop trunk work with potentially one return load per evening
* Adhering to road traffic laws
* Daily vehicle checks
* Safely operate your vehicle adhering to XPO standards
* Operating a curtain sider trailer
Requirements:
* We'll need you to have a full UK driving licence (with C+E entitlement)
* You'll have no more than six penalty points on your licence and no DD, DR, IN or CD endorsements.
* A valid CPC and Digital Tacho card
* Excellent knowledge of the UK road network
