Job Description Job Title: Process Engineer Location: Swansea, on-site Salary: Up to £40k You will work within the Engineering team, collaborating with Development and Operations to support the smooth New Product Introduction (NPI). You’ll develop a strong technical understanding of our products and be involved in all aspects of the industrialisation process—driving the development, improvement, and documentation of production processes and equipment to maximise productivity, quality, and safety. Responsibilities: Collaborate with the team to create industrialisation documents such as standards, requirements, databases, and validation records. Support the development of process documents, including DFM, PFMEA, process flows, capacity plans, control plans, layouts, and work instructions. Participate in hands-on NPI builds and provide feedback to development teams. Suggest design improvements to enhance manufacturability. Drive continuous improvement to align production processes with evolving product requirements. Define validation needs, including specifications and sign-off criteria. Lead validation activities (IQ, OQ, PQ) and ensure regulatory compliance. Support audits as required and ensure timely completion of validation tasks. Identify and assess process areas requiring equipment studies or control points. Conduct gauge R&R and equipment capability studies. Create or review PCNs, ECNs, concessions, and related documentation. Requirements: Experience in a process or manufacturing-focused role HNC-level qualification or higher Desirable: Knowledge of validation processes Experience with data analysis Understanding of Lean Six Sigma principles Familiarity with New Product Introduction (NPI) LI-PB1
