About the role
* Deliver accredited assessments, meeting set annual targets.
* Assess client documented management systems to ensure compliance with recognised accreditation standard including ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018.
* Perform client management system assessments in a timely manner, in line visit schedules.
* Provide timely and appropriate feedback to clients.
* Prepare and submit visit reports including recommendations regarding the issue and withdrawal of certificates.
* Ensure that assessments, surveillance activities and recertification visits comply with the requirements of NQA’s Management System.
* Comply with Health and Safety Policy and manage business risks.
Do you have what it takes?
Essential Criteria:
* Knowledge and experience of carrying out audits/assessments in line with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 requirements.
* Ability to assess against more than one management standard.
* Technical expertise in relevant assessment area.
* Demonstrable knowledge of relevant management standards.
* Health & Safety background.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Proven interpersonal and report writing skills.
* Excellent IT skills.
* Full UK driving licence.
* A willingness and flexibility to travel both nationally and internationally.
Desirable skills/experience:
* Successfully passed CQI/IRCA recognised lead auditor course for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and/or ISO 45001.
* Broad knowledge and practical experience of third‑party accreditation.
* Current IRCA/IEMA Registration.
