About this Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager to lead restructuring and insolvency assignments and cultivate client relationships within our Restructuring and Insolvency team. The role focuses on leading restructuring and insolvency projects, managing client engagements, and contributing to business development initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Advising clients and directors on options and strategies across solvent, distressed, and insolvent situations.
- Leading a portfolio of corporate insolvency cases and collaborating with partners to deliver tailored solutions.
- Maintaining and strengthening relationships with clients, ensuring high‑quality service and strategic advice.
- Ensuring assignments are delivered on time, within budget, and to high standards.
- Managing and developing team members, overseeing resource planning, and supporting career growth.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, expanding a network of intermediaries and referral contacts.
- Sharing knowledge, ensuring risk management, and maintaining quality standards.
Qualifications
- Extensive restructuring and insolvency experience.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and experience leading teams and managing client work.
- Track record of capitalising on business development opportunities.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Results‑driven with strategic thinking abilities.
