Sapien Engineering are looking to hire a Delivery Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding business on a permanent basis. This will be based out of our office in Farnborough. This is a permanent, entry level role paying circa £25,000. Your New Role: * Lead Candidate Resourcing and Account Management activity. * Provide resource to the Engineering Permanent Team. * Network within the Engineering space and become an expert in your field. * Run targeted marketing campaigns – automated through database. * Build your community/network of niche skilled candidates. About You: * Recruitment experience not paramount. * Must have a willingness to lean and develop - full support provided. * A self-motivated individual who is proactive and client centric. * Natural ability to build relationships.
