Key Responsibilities
* Supporting the conveyancing team with day-to-day administrative tasks
* Opening and managing client files, both electronically and in paper form
* Drafting correspondence and legal documents under supervision
* Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and lenders
* Conducting searches, ordering documents, and preparing reports
* Ensuring files are kept up to date and compliant with firm and regulatory standards
Candidate Requirements
* Previous experience in conveyancing or legal administration is desirable but not essential
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
* Confident IT skills and willingness to learn new systems
* Proactive, positive attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team
