JOB RESPONSIBILITIES We’re currently seeking a Security Cleared Business Analyst to join one of our high-impact delivery teams. This is an opportunity to work on mission-critical programmes within the public sector and defence domains, where your work will directly influence national capability. As a Business Analyst at Amdaris, you’ll play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical delivery. You’ll lead on requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, and process modelling – ensuring our clients receive innovative, scalable, and impactful solutions. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including architects, delivery leads, and client stakeholders. The ability to build trust, challenge assumptions, and communicate effectively at all levels will be critical. Key Responsibilities: Lead requirements elicitation through workshops, interviews, and documentation reviews Produce high-quality artefacts including user stories, process flows, and functional specifications Map current (as-is) and future (to-be) business processes Act as the interface between the business and technical teams Contribute to planning, testing, and acceptance activities Maintain traceability of requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle Support change and transformation efforts, working closely with client-side teams Operate within agile, hybrid, or waterfall environments as required JOB REQUIREMENTS Active Security Clearance (SC) required Proven experience as a Business Analyst within secure or public sector environments Strong documentation and communication skills Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, or similar Familiar with Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies Able to manage conflicting priorities and work across multiple stakeholders Comfortable working on client-site when required LIFE AT AMDARIS Private Medical Cover ✨ Your health is a priority and we’ve got you covered!
