Main Responsibilities: As a valued member of the Operose Health team, your key duties will include: Support patient recall processes across practices to improve uptake, ensure timely patient reviews, and contribute to overall performance against organisational targets. Support the delivery of training sessions and guidance to practice staff to improve understanding of KPIs, data quality requirements, and system processes. Support practices in delivering on: QOF indicators and time-sensitive patient care targets, ensuring patients are appropriately recalled and managed within required timeframes. Monitor and improve data quality by identifying inaccuracies, ensuring correct clinical coding, and reducing errors in patient records across practices. Ideal Candidate: What we look for in new colleagues: A proactive and detail-oriented individual with experience in primary care performance, who is confident working with data, recalls, and clinical systems such as EMIS or SystmOne. A strong team player with good communication skills, able to support practices, respond to queries effectively, and work collaboratively to improve KPI performance. An organised and motivated individual with the ability to manage competing priorities, follow processes accurately, and contribute to achieving organisational and strategic objectives.
