We’re working with a growing specialist property lender to appoint a senior leader to oversee bridging credit and underwriting. This role sits within the wider leadership team and carries responsibility for credit quality, underwriting performance, and team leadership across a fast‑paced lending function.
What You’ll Do
* Act as a senior credit decision‑maker within delegated authority
* Lead, develop, and support a team of property finance underwriters
* Provide guidance on deal structuring and complex cases
