Tasks: Detect and troubleshoot irregularities and malfunctions. Read blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine work requirements. Supervise other workers. Set up and adjust processing and packaging machines. Clean, lubricate and perform other maintenance work. Check products and packaging for defects and to ensure conformance to company standards and perform corrective machine adjustments as required. Set up and operate conventional and computer controlled machine tools. Food specialties: Fish and seafood. Equipment and machinery experience: Conveyor. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Physically demanding. Attention to detail. Bending, crouching, kneeling. Standing for extended periods. Work under pressure.
