About The Role
As a Recruitment Coordinator, you’ll take on supporting and coordinating hiring across the business. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to deliver a professional, engaging, and fair recruitment experience. From writing job adverts and screening applications, to scheduling interviews and managing feedback, you’ll ensure everything runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities Include
* Work with hiring managers to fully understand role requirements
* Create and post engaging internal and external job adverts
* Screen internal applications and advise hiring managers on suitable candidates
* Schedule and coordinate interviews (either with candidates directly, or via our agency partners)
* Manage feedback and communicate outcomes
* Issue initial offers and support onboarding processes
* Build talent pools of candidates for future roles
* Maintain recruitment records and report on activity
* Champion compliance and best practice for fair recruitment and selection
About You
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about people and has a real knack for coordination. You’ll be the friendly, professional point of contact for our candidates and hiring managers, helping make the process simple and positive for everyone.
You’ll Bring
* Previous recruitment or coordination experience (in‑house, agency, or RPO)
* Strong organisational and time‑management skills
* Confidence engaging with people at all levels
* A proactive approach and great attention to detail
* Understanding of fair recruitment and internal hiring best practices
* Good communication and reporting skills

What We Offer
* Competitive salary (£28,000 - £35,000)
* Fixed Term 1 year contract
* Hybrid working available – primarily based on site; this role can be offered on a full‑time basis (39 hours per week, Monday to Friday) or part‑time over five days (reduced hours, Monday to Friday).
