About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team on a part-time, fixed-term basis. You will support the smooth day-to-day running of our food and beverage operations, helping to maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and compliance while leading and supporting the team to deliver an excellent guest experience.


Role Responsibilities

* Oversee daily operations, ensuring opening and closing procedures are followed.
* Deliver and supervise excellent customer service.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
* Supervise food and beverage preparation and service.
* Support stock control, ordering, and rotation.
* Ensure compliance with cash handling, licensing, and food hygiene regulations.
* Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally.
* Support events, bookings, and smooth service delivery.
* Assist with staff training, rotas, and team performance.
* Promote health & safety and company standards at all times.


About You

* Previous experience in a food and beverage supervisory role.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Good organisational and problem-solving skills.
* Knowledge of health & safety and food hygiene regulations.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays as required.
