Were now looking for a driven, self-starting Sales Director to join our fast-growing team and play a key role in expanding our contractor user base and agency partnerships. Our client is transforming how recruitment agencies and contractors manage their back office. Their platform streamlines onboarding, ensures compliance, and simplifies payments, freeing up agencies to focus on what they do best: placing talent. What Youll Do Identify and engage recruitment agencies across the UK to promote our clients platform Build and manage a pipeline of agency prospects, focusing on relationship-building and long-term value Pitch and demo the platform to key decision-makers and stakeholders Understand client needs and tailor solutions to address compliance, onboarding, and payment challenges Convert leads into active users, supporting onboarding of new contractors onto the platform Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to feed back insights and help shape future growth strategies Consistently meet and exceed sales targets focused on platform adoption and user growth What Were Looking For Proven experience in B2B sales in the Umbrella sector, with a strong client base of recruitment agencies Strong understanding of the recruitment agency ecosystem and contractor lifecycle Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working remotely with autonomy Ability to manage a full sales cycle from cold outreach to closing deals A growth mindset and passion for helping clients simplify and scale their operations What We Offer Up to £60,000 OTE with uncapped commission potential Fully remote working with flexibility The opportunity to join a fast-growing, innovative company at a pivotal stage Supportive and collaborative team environment Real influence and input into company growth and product direction
