We're looking for a compassionate and resilient Class Teacher to join a supportive Alternative Provision in Thurrock this September. This full-time, permanent post offers the chance to work with pupils who've experienced barriers to education and need someone who believes in them - someone like you.
As a Class Teacher in this setting, you'll deliver a flexible, engaging curriculum designed to meet students at their level and support their progress in learning and wellbeing. You'll be working in smaller class groups, enabling stronger relationships and a greater focus on individual progress.

Qualifications and Experience
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience working in PRU, SEMH, AP, or SEND settings is advantageous
* Strong differentiation and classroom management skills
* A nurturing, adaptable, and reflective teaching approach
* High emotional resilience and patience
* Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare
